- 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
1. Heat oven to 350° F. Grease baking sheet.
Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, and egg together. Mixture should be creamy.
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt into wet ingredient mixture. Make sure well combined.
Fold in chocolate chips into the dough mixture.
Using a 1.5 tablespoons, scoop dough into balls.
Bake cookies for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool and serve with a glass of milk!
