Ingredients
  

  • 12.5 oz canned chicken drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp breadcrumbs
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the drained chicken, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and mayo. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Form into patties or scoop into small mounds on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden and heated through.
  • Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra crispiness
