Ingredients
  

Chicken Crust

  • 10 oz canned chicken drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Salad

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic finely grated
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 4 cup romaine lettuce cleaned, dried, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Make the Chicken Crust: In a food processor, combine the canned chicken, egg, Parmesan, oregano, pepper, and garlic powder. Blend until fully mixed and smooth.
  • Form Patties: Divide the mixture into two equal portions. Shape each into a thin, round “pizza” crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the crusts are golden and firm to the touch. Let cool slightly.
  • Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, grated garlic, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Toss the chopped romaine with the Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
  • Place the salad on top of the warm chicken crust “pizzas.” Slice and enjoy immediately!
