- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt to taste
- fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Rinse and thoroughly dry the cauliflower florets.
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
Spread the florets on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy warm, as a side dish or snack.
