Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt to taste
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Rinse and thoroughly dry the cauliflower florets.
  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
  • Spread the florets on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  • Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy warm, as a side dish or snack.
