Roasted Broccoli Caesar Salad with Crispy Sourdough
This roasted broccoli Caesar salad combines crispy roasted broccoli, Parmesan, creamy Caesar dressing, and crunchy sourdough for an easy flavorful side.

Roast the broccoli: Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss broccoli florets with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15–20 minutes, until browned and slightly crisp around the edges.Serve:
Make the sourdough crunch: Toss the sourdough pieces with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add them to the baking sheet during the last 8–10 minutes of roasting, or toast separately, until golden and crispy.
Dress the broccoli: Let the roasted broccoli cool slightly, then toss with 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing.
Finish: Add the shaved Parmesan and crispy sourdough pieces. Toss gently.
Finish with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan and black pepper.
