- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1.5 Tbsp sesame seeds toasted, if desired
- 2 scallions thinly sliced
Using a vegetable peeler, shave peeled carrots lengthwise into thin ribbons. Place them in a large bowl.
