- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp Dijon or honey mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- S&P to taste
- Optional: drizzle of honey or hot honey
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Crush pretzels and mix with chopped peanuts + spices.In another bowl, whisk egg with mustard.
