Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon or honey mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • S&P to taste
  • Optional: drizzle of honey or hot honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  • Crush pretzels and mix with chopped peanuts + spices.In another bowl, whisk egg with mustard.
  • Dip chicken into egg mixture, then coat well in pretzel-peanut mix. Press to stick.
  • Place in air fryer, spray lightly with oil.Cook 10–14 minutes (flip halfway) until golden and cooked through.
  • Finish with a drizzle of honey or hot honey if you want that sweet-salty vibe.
