Peanut Butter Dates with Crunchy Chocolate Topping
Chocolate peanut butter dates with a crunchy topping are a healthy, sweet treat made with peanut butter, dark chocolate, and sunflower seeds.

- 30 dates pitted
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 bag chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds salted
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open up pitted dates onto to lined baking sheet.
Spread peanut butter inside the date.
Begin melting chocolate chip morsels in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Stir vanilla extract into melted chocolate.
Once the chocolate is melted, coat over dates. Top chocolate-coated dates with sunflower seeds.
Allow to set in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
