Ingredients
  

  • 2 heads broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Spread broccoli florets on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and toss with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping once, until tender with crispy edges.
  • Remove from oven, immediately sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Finish with a generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving.
