Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, hot honey, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
Form into 1½-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the centers reach 165°F.
Optional: Brush with a bit more hot honey right out of the oven for a glossy, sweet-spicy finish.
