Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp hot honey I used Sue Bee
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, hot honey, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  • Form into 1½-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the centers reach 165°F.
  • Optional: Brush with a bit more hot honey right out of the oven for a glossy, sweet-spicy finish.
