1/2 cup unsalted butter softened 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 egg 2/3 cup hot cocoa mix 1 cup + 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup marshmallow bits 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Cream butter + brown + white sugar until fluffy (1–2 minutes).
Mix in the egg.
Add hot cocoa mix, flour, baking soda, and salt.
Mix until a soft dough forms.
Fold in marshmallow bits and milk chocolate chips.
Scoop dough (about 1.5 Tbsp each).
Optional: press a few marshmallow bits on top.
Bake 9–11 minutes, until edges are set and centers look soft.
Cool on the sheet for 10 minutes so they set without overbaking.
