Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup hot cocoa mix
  • 1 cup + 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup marshmallow bits
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Cream butter + brown + white sugar until fluffy (1–2 minutes).
  • Mix in the egg.
  • Add hot cocoa mix, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Fold in marshmallow bits and milk chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough (about 1.5 Tbsp each).
  • Optional: press a few marshmallow bits on top.
  • Bake 9–11 minutes, until edges are set and centers look soft.
  • Cool on the sheet for 10 minutes so they set without overbaking.
