Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb salmon
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lime juiced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease.
  • Make the spice rub – In a small bowl, mix oregano, paprika, and salt.
  • Season the salmon – Pat the salmon dry and rub the spice mixture evenly over the flesh.
  • Make the topping – In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lime juice until smooth.
  • Spread topping – Evenly spread the mayo mixture over the seasoned salmon.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Optional – Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden crust.
  • Serve warm with your favorite sides.
