Ingredients
  

  • 1.25 cups white rice uncooked and rinsed
  • 3 cup broth use broth of choice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Add rinsed rice, broth, cheddar, salt, and pepper to a baking dish.
  • Stir, cover tightly with foil, and bake for 30–40 minutes, until rice is tender.
  • Fluff and serve!
