Ingredients
  

  • 2 heads broccoli
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Trim broccoli into large florets (keep stems long).Steam 3–4 minutes until just tender but still firm. Pat dry and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • In a bowl combine:
    Breadcrumbs
    Parmesan
    Mozzarella
    Garlic
    Olive oil
    Egg
    Salt & pepper
    Mixture should feel slightly moist and hold together when pressed.
  • Gently press the mixture into the tops of each floret, packing it in.
  • Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and crispy on top.
    Broil 1–2 minutes at the end for extra crunch.
