Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shaved parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

Preheat oven

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.

Prepare Brussels sprouts

  • In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Roast

  • Spread them out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway though for even browning.

Add cheese

  • Sprinkle the parmesan over the Brussels sprouts and return to the oven for 5 more minutes, until the cheese melts and turns golden.
