Ingredients
  

  • 2 filets cod about 5-6 oz a piece
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs regular or panko
  • lemon wedge to serve

Instructions
 

Prep the Fish:

  • Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.Lightly coat both sides with olive oil.

Season:

  • In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.Rub the seasoning mix evenly onto both sides of the fish.

Coat with Breadcrumbs:

  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the fillets, pressing gently so they stick. You can drizzle a bit more olive oil on top for extra crispiness

Air Fry:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd).Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until the crust is golden and the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve:

  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
