Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.Lightly coat both sides with olive oil.
Season:
In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.Rub the seasoning mix evenly onto both sides of the fish.
Coat with Breadcrumbs:
Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the fillets, pressing gently so they stick. You can drizzle a bit more olive oil on top for extra crispiness
Air Fry:
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd).Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until the crust is golden and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve:
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
