Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all purpose flour + 1.5 tsp baking powder + 1/4 tsp salt
  • garlic powder + dried oregano optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth (important for texture).
  • Mix blended cottage cheese with flour until a dough forms.
  • Knead lightly on a floured surface (1–2 minutes).
  • Divide into 4–6 balls.
  • Roll out into thin flatbreads.
  • Cook in a hot, dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and bubbly.
