all purpose flour + 1.5 tsp baking powder + 1/4 tsp salt
garlic powder + dried oregano

Instructions
Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth (important for texture).
Mix blended cottage cheese with flour until a dough forms.
Knead lightly on a floured surface (1–2 minutes).
Divide into 4–6 balls.
Roll out into thin flatbreads.
Cook in a hot, dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and bubbly.
