- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 tsp white vinegar
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a food processor, add cottage cheese, eggs, and sugar. Process till smooth.
In a separate small bowl, combine vinegar with baking powder and baking soda. It should become fizzy.
To the food processor mixture, add flour, and baking soda/powder vinegar mixture. Process until dough is formed.
On a floured surface knead dough and divide into 12 sections. Roll each section into a ball.
Place dough balls on lined baking sheet and top with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy with butter or your favorite spread of choice!
