Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp white vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  • Using a food processor, add cottage cheese, eggs, and sugar. Process till smooth. 
  • In a separate small bowl, combine vinegar with baking powder and baking soda. It should become fizzy. 
  • To the food processor mixture, add flour, and baking soda/powder vinegar mixture. Process until dough is formed. 
  • On a floured surface knead dough and divide into 12 sections. Roll each section into a ball. 
  • Place dough balls on lined baking sheet and top with sesame seeds if desired. 
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy with butter or your favorite spread of choice!
