Ingredients
  

  • 3 peaches sliced
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 can biscuit dough there should be 8 biscuits
  • 1 Tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Add 3 sliced peaches to a cast iron skillet. Toss with ¼ cup maple syrup and lemon juice.
  • Place the premade biscuits over the peach mixture.
  • Brush biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown and peaches are bubbling.
  • Cool slightly and serve warm.
