- 3 peaches sliced
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 can biscuit dough there should be 8 biscuits
- 1 Tbsp butter melted
- 2 tsp granulated sugar for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Add 3 sliced peaches to a cast iron skillet. Toss with ¼ cup maple syrup and lemon juice.
Place the premade biscuits over the peach mixture.
Brush biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown and peaches are bubbling.
