Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop resBiotic resG prebeet powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 orange medium, peeled and segmented
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 lemon zested
  • pinch salt
  • 2 Tbsp milk as needed to thin

Instructions
 

  • In a high-speed blender or food processor, add: cottage cheese, resBiotic resG prebeet powder, strawberries orange segments, maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon zest and salt.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Add a splash of milk or orange juice only if your blender needs help.
  • Taste and AdjustTaste the mixture. Add more sweetener if needed.
  • Freeze Option 1: Soft-Serve StylePour into a bowl and freeze for 1–2 hours, stirring halfway through, until scoopable like soft serve.
  • Freeze Option 2: Traditional Ice CreamFreeze in a shallow container for 3–4 hours, stirring every hour for the best texture. Or use an ice cream maker if you have one.
  • Serve, scoop and enjoy! Garnish with a few fresh berries, a drizzle of honey, or even a sprinkle of chopped pistachios for color and crunch.
