Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, ground beef, egg, shallot, garlic, corn, peas, chip breadcrumbs, and BBQ sauce. Mix gently until just combined.
Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing lightly to form mini meatloaves.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup and maple syrup. Spoon or brush the glaze over the tops of each meatloaf.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the meatloaves are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before removing from the muffin tin and serving.
