Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce (reserving a few tablespoons for later), garlic powder, and onion powder.
Generously brush the chicken thighs with the seasoned BBQ sauce on all sides.
Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the pieces and cook for an additional 4 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken from the air fryer and brush with the reserved BBQ sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.
