Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 6 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • Toppings shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced avocado, and a dollop of sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven: to 375°F (190°C).

Assemble tacos:

  • Lay tortillas on a baking sheet. Add a layer of chicken, spoonful of salsa, and sprinkle of cheese to each one.

Bake:

  • Fold or leave open and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are lightly crisp.

Top and serve:

  • Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and sour cream. Serve warm.
