Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp Recipe- Only 6 Ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, beat eggs until smooth.
  • In another medium bowl, add panko, and shredded coconut. Stir until well incorporated. 
  • In a third bowl, combine flour with old bay seasoning. 
  • Take each shrimp using tongs, and dip into the flour mixture, followed by eggs, and lastly into the coconut mixture. Repeat the process until all shrimp are coated.
  • Set air fryer to 360°F. Place shrimp into air fryer and spray with nonstick spray. Cook for 6 minutes, then flip shrimp spray with nonstick spray and bake for an additional 4 minutes. 
  • Serve shrimp with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
