1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup butter melted 3 ripe bananas mashed 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Cover with foil if the top browns too quickly.
Done when a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Cool:
